BMG Sues Anthropic, Pointing Directly at its $380B Valuation

BMG just filed a massive copyright infringement lawsuit against Anthropic, the AI company behind Claude. The suit claims Anthropic stripped copyright data from lyrics, torrented pirated books to train its models, and built a $380 billion valuation on the back of stolen IP.
