Hmm... AL99

SoundCloud just slid AL99’s “IT'S ME” onto *The Lookout: Tomorrow's Rap Hits*, and my ears perked up immediately. Look, the DMV-based rapper isn't just another random upload. The bloodline is serious—his grandfather was Herbert “Tubo” Rhoad of the legendary Persuasions. On top of that, AL holds degrees in audio production and music business, calling his own shots independently through his TPC imprint via UMG/Bungalo. When an artist pairs genuine legacy with sharp technical chops and owns his business, you stop scrolling. Tap in now before everyone else catches up.
