Hmm... Chelsea Jordan

Spotify just slid Chelsea Jordan’s new joint “worst case” straight onto New Music Friday at #45, and my radar pinged immediately. The Baltimore-born singer caught looks after signing to Arista and dropping her *better late than not at all* EP, but this cut hits different. It’s breezy, effortless pop-R&B inspired by catching a spontaneous flight to New York for a guy she met in Paris. Wild behavior, honestly, but she turned the risk into pure melody. If playlist curators are moving her up the ranks, you need to tap in before everyone else catches on.
