Joony Returns With New 15-Track Album 'STILL HERE'

Joony is officially back at the podium with *STILL HERE*, a 15-track project that HotNewHipHop reports captures the DMV artist sorting through everything required to keep his footing. He enters this chapter with earned leverage. After dropping *MEMENTO* in 2023 and linking with Jordan Ward on the 2024 EP *JRNY*, Joony snagged a Grammy nomination for his work on Destin Conrad’s *Love On Digital* and locked down an RIAA Gold plaque alongside Brent Faiyaz on “Paper Soldier.” The full-length opens with “YES MA’AM” before moving between uptempo pockets and candid talk about grief, sudden cash, and strained ties on cuts like “TREASON” and “CAN’T GO BACK.” As a rapper, producer, and songwriter, he puts his own lived experience front and center across the whole run. He made it through the fire intact. Hit play below.
