Nine Vicious didn't let the dust settle before doubling back. Just months after dropping Emotions in April, the Atlanta rapper is already back outside with a brand new full-length effort titled SEDITION. As HotNewHipHop highlighted, the quick turnaround captures an artist in heavy motion, continuing his dive into the darker, experimental corners of Atlanta's underground sound. The project stretches across 15 tracks, keeping the outside help to a bare minimum with only NDO Dee pulling up for a feature on "U.O.E.N.O."
