The deal also encompasses Believe’s distribution subsidiary TuneCore, establishing a direct pipeline into grassroots and independent catalog. This agreement follows prior licensing pacts Suno struck with Warner Music and BMG. While major rights-holders spent the past two years posturing in courtrooms and raising alarms over generative models training on copyrighted material, the playbook has quickly shifted to monetized compliance. Bringing TuneCore into the fold makes this particular expansion significant.
