These terms cover your use of woostermag.com, the Wooster newsletter and our other services (together, “Wooster”). By using Wooster you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wooster.

Our content

Articles, videos, graphics and the Wooster name and marks belong to Wooster Mag or the people who licensed them to us. You may read, watch and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t republish, sell or scrape it without our permission. Music, video clips and images of artists remain the property of their owners and appear for news, commentary and review.

Accounts and comments

• You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display it on Wooster. Don’t post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, spammy, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Copyright concerns

If you believe something on Wooster infringes your rights, email hello@woostermag.com with the link and details, and we’ll review it promptly.

Links to other sites

Wooster links to and embeds content from other services such as YouTube, TikTok and streaming platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No warranties

Wooster is provided “as is.” We work to be accurate but don’t guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Wooster Mag isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of Wooster.
